expansive movement with very flexible muscles and bones.

the waist, muscles, and kidneys and builds internal power.

CHINESE MEDICINE BASICS: THE 13 CAUSES OF DISEASE
Chenzen Wellness Centre, Dalian
TIME: 3 -5 pm,
see our fee policy here
Traditional Chinese Medicine views the cause of disease
in two main areas: external causes and internal causes.
The external forces of wind, cold, heat, dampness, dryness
and summer heat can invade and seriously alter the balance
within the body by diminishing, or blocking the flow of
qi (vital energy) in the organs. The seven internal causes
are brought about by intense, prolonged, or suppressed feelings
(sadness, grief, pensiveness, fear, fright, anger and joy)
that energetically stagnate the energy of the organs and
meridians. In this TCM workshop you will learn how to release
exterior pathogens and regulate the internal emotional factors
to both prevent and cure common diseases.
