8:00am - 9:00am, Fridays, Al Wasl Park (map),
Near Iraian Hospital, Al Wasl Road (winter); or the ground
floor, The Village Mall, Jumeirah Beach Road (summer).
It is a Free forum for all Taichi people
(No matter where or when you learnt Taichi). You will find
the familiar Taichi spirit here!
It usually involves practicing Yang style Taichi 24 Steps,
competition form 42 Steps, Yang style sword 42 steps, Chi
Gong and exchange experience. 6 - 10 Taichi enthusiasts
usually attend this session.
Dr. Chen's Taichi Group was invited for several TV
shows, by featureing its calming and relaxation effect
through slow and glaceful movements.
